It is of the utmost importance that every EWH practicing nation is present during the Sport Assembly to work together as one big family on the international EWH movement, and to vote on all EWH matters. Only by Sport Assembly formal agreements, to change or add new Game Rules and other EWH Regulations, can be made to make the sport of EWH better.

Not only a nation can put forward motions on Game Rules, but also proposals for Competition Regulations, Organizers Regulations, Officials Regulations etc. (you can find the ICEWH documents on the ICEWH website).
Every formal submitted motion will be voted upon by the present nations of the Sport Assembly. Nations who are not present don’t have voting rights.

During the Sport Assembly elections will be held to choose the members for the ICEWH Executive Committee for a period of four (4) years.
In order to develop international EWH further on, the ICEWH needs more active volunteers and professionals, so that the continuing needs off professional organized events and support towards nations can be guaranteed.

If you are interested in an ICEWH Executive Committee position, take contact with their National member organization of the IWAS with their Curriculum Vitae and passport photo.
The ones who are interested in becoming part of one of the ICEWH (sub)committees, can send their Curriculum Vitae and passport photo to the ICEWH office.

Please keep in mind the different deadlines!
- Additional Agenda items need to be send by your national organization to ICEWH by 1 July 2010.
- Motions on ICEWH Technical Rules & Regulations need to be send by your national organization (Motion Form) by 4 August 2010 to IWAS.
- Registration Delegates/Representatives with payment (by Accommodation Form in the Delegate package): 13 September 2010 to the Organizing Committee
- Nominations for ICEWH Executive Committee Members need to be send by your national organization (Nomination Form) by 13 September 2010 to IWAS
- Formal entries/mandates of Delegates/Representatives need to be send by your national organization (Mandate Form) by 25 October 2010 to IWAS
